- Meets all requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations regarding Driver Qualification.

- Must pass DOT physical by company approved physician.

- Must pass a DOT required substance abuse screen. No lease agreement will be entered into until the results of the drug screen are reviewed by the Safety Department.

- Currently holds a valid commercial driver's license.

- No DUI in previous three years.

- No major preventable accidents in the previous three years.

- Minimum age of 23 years.

- One year over the road verifiable experience.

- No more than three moving violations in the previous three years. A valid MVR must be reviewed before driver may operate GPT equipment.

- No ticket of driver code C18 through C23 on MVR.
